I HATED UNAGI EVER SINCE MY SIS ORDERED STEAMED EEL IN A CHINESE RESTAURANT

Bruuuweeeekkk! The one dish u should NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER order in a Chinese restaurant is EEL. No matter how they cook it, it still taste like..EEL!!!! yuckx. (notice how it rhymes with EWWWW!!?)

Sushi has always been one of my favourite foods. I love most of them. And Unagi, AT THAT TIME, was ohhhh-kay to me. I wouldn’t reli pick it out from the conveyor belt. But if war comes and there’s nothing else to eat other than eel, then I’ll prolly eat them. Anyway, the sight of Unagi makes me sick now.

Few months ago, I went to this Chinese restaurant with my family. And my BRILLIANT sis, being a Japanese food fanatic as well, ordered a plate of steam eel. It smelled like half-dry clothes. You noe that smell when you take in your clothes, fold and stash it in your drawer before they are completely dry? YES, THAT AWFUL SMELL.

And guess what do they taste like in our mouth? As if their color and shape isn’t disgusting enough (they looked like tanned buffalo dicks), the soft slimy texture of their body just make me wanna gag each time i chew on them. U know why? Because you think it’s gonna taste like fish meat, soft. But it’s actually hard in the inside! It’s like chewing on a snake. GROOOOESS!!!! Nevermind.

From that day onwards, I swore I would never ever touch an eel again! But what’s sushi without Unagi hmm? It’s one of the most expensive dishes in their menu anyway. So on this faithful afternoon....I wrongly ordered a plate of UNAGI instead of Tempuraaa!!!!! Waaaaa!!! Such a nightmareeee!! Other than the avocado toppings, the UNAGI SUCKS. It still taste so eww-ishly eel.

And why was i dumb enough to not scrutinise the pictures carefully before actually ordering???? Because the Unagi were hidden IN the sushi. :( How crueeelll... And I was dead hungry. Did i mention that i ate 1 plate of kuoy teow ladna, nasi lemak, roti telur and teh tarik for dinner the other day? I CAN NOT BE HUNGRY! Or else, I’ll lose my mind. Ehhehehhe..

I HAD to eat this. Ish.. benci!
